Rude manager to employees

Walked into Subway and apparently they were having a meeting in the front section where customers sit and I walked up to the counter and I heard someone talking and I turned to look and this lady with short black/dark brown hair was telling someone else "You are f*-king terrible at your job and I will fire you if I catch you do one thing wrong even though I do not need a reason in KY to fire anyone." Well anyways I think that was very unprofessional and I don't think that anyone should talk to anyone like that no matter who it is.I go to this Subway often but I don't think that I will be back because of this rude person. I really don't know why you would keep someone that talks to their employees like that.
